Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We charge £3.95 for deliveries in the UK,  and up to £10 for deliveries outside the UK.  Goods are usually received within 3-4 working days, although it is often sooner.

All parcels are beautifully wrapped and sent via Royal Mail.

If an item is out of stock, or made to order, we will email you to confirm the actual date expected.

Returns

If you are in any way dissatisfied, please return the goods, unused and unworn with all labelling still intact.

Please include your original receipt, obtain proof of postage and return your goods to:

Pixie regrets that we cannot take any reponsibility for returns lost in transit, nor can we reimburse postage.

When we receive your return, we will refund your card (excluding your original postage) within 30 days.
